In the 11th season opener, Lucy is still dealing with the heartache of her miscarriage over the summer. Eric allows her to give the Sunday sermon, but Lucy only uses the opportunity to blame her family and Kevin for the loss of her child. Meanwhile, Martin tells Sandy that he has feelings for her and wants to spend more time with both her and his son, but later worries that Sandy has feelings for Simon.

Thanks to Kevin, Martin gets Sandy’s attention by cooking her a meal and expressing an interest in her studies. Martin also tries to sleep with Sandy again which pushes their relationship further away. Lucy is still avoiding her family, but she tells Kevin she is out apologizing to everyone for her sermon. Lucy is instead going to the movies where she meets T-Bone, who is romantically interested in her. Kevin gets upset about Lucy seeing another guy, especially one who is seven years younger then her. Kevin decides to go to the theater to talk with T-Bone and the two become friends.

Kevin informs Lucy that it's his brother's birthday so the couple agree to let Ben stay at their home while they celebrate. After the twins' teacher Ms. Margo makes a pass at Eric, he decides to pull the twins out of school. While visiting a friend, Eric recieves bad news concerning his health at the hospital.

Lucy is determined to find out what Eric is hiding from the family. While Annie is out of town Eric pulls Sam & David out of school and plans on home schooling them without consulting Annie about it.

Lucy's friend T-Bone stays with the Camdens. Eric invites two more peoplea "Jane and Margareta "to stay at their home; one is a drug addict and the other refuses to answer any questions.

After Eric gives the family a big scare and the paramedics are called to the house, Annie realizes Eric has been hiding the truth from her and she’s determined to find out what it is. Meanwhile, Lucy pays a surprise visit to Sandy, who appears to be falling in love with her classmate, Daniel, while Martin continues to pursue her as well.

Ruthie finds out that Eric and Annie are coming to visit her unannounced. Ruthie calls Lucy to tell her not to let their parents make her go home, but gets no answer. Ruthie decides to call her other siblings, but only gets voice mail. Jane and Kevin do more bonding.

Jane spreads the word at the church about Reverend Camden's current health problems and members begin calling Lucy to ask if he's ill and in the hospital. Lucy assures them he and Annie went to Scotland to visit Ruthie. Lucy and Kevin talk with Jeannie, a nice looking, well-dressed professional hooker and T Bone's mother. She says she's in management training at a hotel but recognizes Kevin, who also recognizes her as a hooker he saw in jail when he was a police officer. Jeannie and T Bone meet and talk about T Bone becoming emancipated.

Ruthie causes trouble at the airport on the return trip from Scotland. At home, Lucy tries to provide counseling for her flock, who are all concerned about Eric. But they're also worried about Lucy, who seems to be holding up too well. Meanwhile, the teens prepare a welcome-home surprise for the Camdens that involves an interesting list of props.

Eric decides to go about counseling members of the chuch in a new way. Meanwhile, Ruthie and T-Bone share a kiss, making Ruthie realize that she might have feelings for him.

Eric suddenly finds himself in heaven, quite literally, when he runs into several people who have gone before him, particularly Annies late mother. Meanwhile, the family becomes nervous when Eric doesnt come home from work, and Annie tries to hold everyone together. Could he soon be headed to the pearly gates himself?

T-Bone and Ruthie fight over their school-report subject; Annie and Eric argue about his eating habits; and Lucy and Kevin disagree about groceries. But the twins find a simple solution to a complex problem that puts everything into perspective for the bickering couples.

Ruthie thinks she and T-Bone should take their relationship to the next level, but he suspects there is more to her decision and asks Kevin for advice. Meanwhile, Lucy and Eric announce they are attending a church seminar, but they really have a fishing trip planned and their spouses figure it out.

Eric’s sermons are too depressing, according to the deacons, who want to attract a younger crowd to the church to add to the coffers; Ruthie insists T-Bone get a driver’s license so they can go away for privacy; and Mac gets a job at the movie theater so he can afford an apartment with Jane and Margaret.

Eric's parents show up unexpectedly, leading Eric to fear they found out about his heart condition; Ruthie pressures T-Bone into agreeing to a special Valentine's Day gift: matching tattoos.

When Ruthie starts acting suspiciously, Eric and Annie realize she must be hiding something from them. Lucy finds out about Ruthie's tattoo, but won't say anything to her parents because she's been a hiding a tattoo from them as well.Source: CW

When small things happen, some Camdens see them as signs. Lucy and Eric both cross paths with a black bird. They both come to the conclusion that this is a sign, and a bad one at that. Meanwhile, Ruthie gets a sign on her own. When she loses a diamond in the ring that T-Bone gave her as a promise to get engaged someday, she thinks that this is her sign that maybe being with T-Bone is not the best choice.

When Lucy gets an unexpected job offer in a small town known as Crossroads, she and Kevin take a trip out there to see if they might consider making the move. Back in Glenoak, Ruthie learns that removing her tattoo will not be an inexpensive procedure, and after getting no sympathy from her parents, she tries guilting T-Bone into paying the bill.

Ruthie gets a text message from what she thinks is T-Bone breaking up with her. But the truth behind the matter is a bit different. Meanwhile, Lucy and Kevin try to decide whether or not they will relocate to Crossroads.

With plans for another child, Lucy tells Kevin that it might not be a good idea to move so far away from the rest of the family. T-Bone confides to Eric that he's having second thoughts about breaking up with Ruthie, who is spending all of her free time lately with her former crush, Martin. Sandy's boyfriend surprises her with a marriage proposal, and T-Bone's estranged father shows up on the Camdens' doorstep.

Eric and Annie rush to the hospital after Eric wakes up with a good feeling about his heart condition. Unsure whether her parents are at the hospital due to good news or bad news, Lucy is a bundle of nerves, and it's up to Kevin to keep her thinking positively as they wait for news. T-Bone and Ruthie decide to get back together, but Martin hopes to change Ruthie's mind when he reveals that he's in love with her as well

After 11 heavenly seasons in Glenoak, 7TH HEAVEN's Eric (Stephen Collins) and Annie (Catherine Hicks) decide to pack it all up and see America by way of an RV, given to them in celebration of Eric's clean bill of health. Initially taken aback by this momentous and sudden decision, Lucy (Beverley Mitchell) and Kevin (George Stults) ultimately decide to join Eric, Annie and the rest of the family - and extended family - on their exciting new adventure.
